Spices were excellent, and wonderful fresh flavor, and great recipes they put out to use them in. I used to have my own catering business for 15 years, so I have a lot of experience, and I'm very particular about the products I use. My only wish is that we could choose the mix of two blends of spice mixes that we would like, instead of the two blends of their choice, sold together.

These two spice blends are so versatile that I use them almost every day. Had to order additional because I ran out so fast.
