Citrus Salt & Pepper is my Go-To spice for everything. I leave it next to the stove and use it on whatever I'm cooking--chicken, burgers, a vegetable stir-fry.
It adds the right balance of salt and pepper (in one jar!) with a touch of the tang of citrus. It's also great on cold dishes--tuna salad, green salads, cucumber or a dish of cottage cheese. Thanks for making a great product!

After trying AJK's sea salt in the chocolate and coffee smoothies I make, I was curious about their Citrus Salt and Pepper blend. After it arrived, I tried it in my smoothies. The citrus and pepper flavors are definitely noticeable. They add a wonderful enhancement to the coconut, the chocolate, the coffee, and the other spices I use. I'll be enjoying this combo from now on. I may also add a pinch of AJK's sea salt as well, to raise the saltiness just a tad.
