Without a doubt this is my favorite of Ava's blends. As someone who has preferred using fresh garlic for years it was quite a surprise at how much I like and use this blend in my cooking. It has become my "go to" for many dishes from steak to stir fry or grilled veggies and whenever a bit of extra kick is needed. Many spice blends are salt heavy so it's easy to over season with them. Not so with all of Ava Janes. I will buy this blend again and again.
